Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is always fast and FREE within the US. We ship out orders Monday - Saturday, excluding government holidays. Shipment tracking information is provided for all orders placed. 

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we honor a 1-year return policy on all purchases. With our hassle-free return policy, you have up to one full year after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, you will need your receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be in the same condition in which it was received.

Please initiate a return by contacting us at help@gameswift.com or call 866-GAMESWIFT | 866-426-3794. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. 
 

 

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a previous GameSwift purchase for a new item, the best and fastest way for us to assist you is for you to 1) return the item you would like to exchange per the instructions above, and 2) make a separate purchase on our website for the new item. Once we accept the returned item you will be automatically refunded back in the form your original payment was made.

 

REFUND POLICY
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if it is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please note, it may take up to several days for the credit to be reflected on your account.
